ORNG for Fans

ORNG provides a POD (Print-On-Demand) merchandise solutions for artists and labels you enjoy. Artists & labels sell their orignial physical and digital products. ORNG works together with DNLD to provide you with promotional downloads. Artists and labels load their own storefronts with merchandise linked by promotional QR Freepacks and their releases at DNLD.



After sign-up and email confirmation, you can begin ordering. To create an account with us, please go to the homepage page click on “Register". If you have an existing account, sign-in. You can always reset your password from the same section as sign-in.


Purchasing at ORNG

Each order placement follows the normal prompt of online purchases. For the fan, consumer purchasing power and systems are in your corner. ORNG currently uses PayPal. A system used by our staff to fulfill international orders for over 15 years. You will receive a confirmation email, after buying. This confirmation will be from use and our chosen payment provider. As we plan to extend beyond paypal in 2022. Please include, proper emails and text/sms number. We send out texts to check on odd orders. Any order that looks odd, or flagged by our personnel. Will be held in reserve until you confirm. You can choose to respond by email or text. If you are not comfortable responding by text, ignore the message and respond by email. All processed orders receive the same oversight and confirmation. Confirmations contain the details of your order as well as your confirmation number. This email gets sent to the email address that you used at the time of order placement. As soon as your order ships, you will be receiving another email with the shipping details. Also check your account or spam folder for messages and updates.


If you did not receive a confirmation email in 2 hours, or you think something went wrong. Don't hesitate to contact us from your dashboard. Also contact our Promotions Department for Support at info at dnld.us.



Shipping & Receiving

All orders process with our manufactures and Audocs fulfillment. For most items, this usually takes 7-14 business days, but can sometimes get out under 7 days. For vinyl, please allow up to 21 days, especially during the holiday season. Usually we get vinyl orders out under 14 days.

Always check your dashboard at ORNG for order status updates. If we notice a lengthy delay, we usually contact you via the dashboard or by email to notify you.

For international shipping, we recommend patience. ORNG takes into account recent tariffs and fee hikes. The increased length of time and fees is often unpredictable. We recommend you expedite your order or provide us with your own shipping account or method.

Tracking numbers are free of charge. Unless you expedite your order, allow for up to 2 business days for the tracking to update. We use USPS for North American shipments, UPS, DHL for International shipments. If you'd like to specify a courier please state, and prepare to take on the costs associated.


Returns, Exchanges, Cancelations

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with the vendor to make it right. Otherwise, ORNG return policy is simple. For music items only damaged thru shipping claims are available for full refund. Any lost, thru shipping units are replaced. For other items, please refer to the industry standards below.

  • All returns and/or exchanges are initiated from your dashboard. Failure to contact the vendor could result in a delay in processing your return.
  • We accept returns on no-music items within 30 days of delivery.
  • You are responsible for return shipping except in specific cases.
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • Vinyl, CDs and DVDs must be returned unopened and will be considered a cancelation (not return).
  • Vinyl records can only be returned if the product is defective or damaged (as stated above).
  • Unfortunately, custom or made-to-order items and final sale items are not included in the items that we accept returns for. This will be left up to the vendors discretion.
  • For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on intimate items. Shorts, undergarments, and products that breeze the skin. This includes T-Shirts that have been worn.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used to place the order. Once items are examined by the vendor.
  • Exchanges are only available when requesting a different size for the same product.

Please note: not all cancelation requests make it to the warehouse or manufacturer in time. If the order has already processed or is too far out and/or shipped. This is not a guarantee that your order cancelation will be confirmed. You will have to return the item as stated above.



Once you receive a validated refund claim, and as long as the account that’s associated with the original card is still open, we will process the refund to that account. This includes cards that are lost, stolen or canceled.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your purchase to a different card or account. Otherwise, making refunds through our payment process partners are simple, especially if you have a PayPal account (currently).
